What is the ideal model for professional development?
The mission of Teaching and Learning Connected is to provide professional development experiences that build a learner's capacity to connect and integrate new learnings into educational practice. These opportunities are cognitively stimulating and emotionally engaging. The ultimate goal is to positively impact student achievement. Ideally there would be opportunities for follow-up after a professional development session. TLC is always looking to make the new learning an integral part of curriculum, instruction, and assessment.
